Dedicated special purpose machines. Designed to produce light - gauge profiles
Gearhead Roll Mill This type of machine has the ability to accommodate different roll's diameter and both Top and Bottom shafts are driven. The inboard housing is a self contained integral gear box with fixed ratio top to bottom shaft or with quick links replacement the ratio can be changed: 1:1, 1:2, 1:3.
Cantilevered. This type of machine allows greater roll tool accessibility. Shaft range 1" to 4" diameter.
Sectioned Roll Mills. Interchangeable - for rapid tool change. Prepared stands are mounted on section plates with 4 to 7 passes per section. The sections are easily interchangeable(tooling is setup) after quick disconnect universal joints.

Using Roll Tooling Design Software for developing part’s Flower and Rolls itself gives us the required precision. The most recommended tool material for Roll Tooling in today’s market is: 52M, L6, O1, D2. Rolls are heat treated 63 RC, grind and polished.

11 ROLL FLATTENER combined with entry table and pinch rolls

This unit is a part of a cut to length slitting line. After unwinding, the material is flattened and prepared for slitting and cut to length. Flattener’s requirements may vary depends on material defects, width and thickness, preparation for slitting, pre-notching or roll forming, final part acceptance. Models are available with 5 to 11 working rolls as individual equipment or as combined units
