KOLEV universal stud maker features wide range of material thickness 20 to 12 Ga, width 4" to 18", lip 1/2" to 1" and flange from 1 1/2 to 4". Line speed varies from 100 fpm to 250 fpm. Pre-cut roll forming line with 2 sets of pre-punch dies for 20-28ga and 12 - 16 Ga. Change over form one size to another 30 min.
